Clubhouse Daycare

(Infants needs are being met by:  Having at least 1 – 3 staff employed with

Sturgeon Lake Clubhouse Daycare)

 

 

8:00 – 9:00 am     Breakfast is served as needed and brush teeth.

(Infants needs are being met by: feedings, sleeping, diaper change)

9:00 – 9:15 am            Free/Guided Play (Many stations to pick from) :

                   Book, Dramatic, art, computer, blocks, large muscle, lego,

                                    music, doll house,  and water and sand area.

(Infants needs are being met by: feedings, sleeping, diaper change, held & with lots of interactions)

9:15 – 10:15 am     Read books/Circle Time/Life Skill

             We introduce the theme of the day, practice readiness skills,

            do finger plays, read related books, have speak and sharing

                               time, and discuss the craft activity.

(Infants needs are being met by: feedings, sleeping, diaper change, held & with lots of interactions)

10:10 – 10:30 am    Learning from one of our learning stations: 

                Stations:  Computer, Blocks, Dramatic, Science, Baking,

                                Sensory Table, Art Table, Game Table and Music area.

10:30 – 11:30 am   Outdoor play if it’s above 20.

(Infants needs are being met by: feedings, sleeping, diaper change, held & with lots of interactions.  Babies can go outside depending on cold weather – 25 above with their proper attire.)

11:30 – 12:10 pm    Clean up, Children set the table. We discuss food groups,

                                manners, things that related to our friends, family feelings,

                                and what will happen the rest of the day.

12:10 – 12:30          Swish & Rinse and finish up with the Head Start Program.

                                (Infants will have their needs met at all times, no brushing for infants)

12:30 – 2:30 pm      Nap time, rest time, quite time

2:30 – 3:30 pm        Free/Guided Play

(Infants needs are being met by: feedings, sleeping, diaper change, held & with lots of interactions)

3:30 – 4:00 pm        Snack

(Infants needs are being met by: feedings, sleeping, diaper change, held & with lots of interactions)

4:00 – 5:00 pm        Free/Guided Play or go outside if weather permits

(Infants needs are being met by: feedings, sleeping, diaper change, held & with lots of interactions)

Please take note, that when its spring, summer and fall, we are mostly outside doing water/sand play, playing on the equipment and swings.
